I just saw TwitterMap and found it interesting. What would make it more useful was to see trending twitter topics on a location. This way we can see what people are talking about in a particular area.

Government and politicians would find out what people are really talking about.

Fashionistas can adjust to what’s HOT.

Business can sell items that are popular in their area.
