So I've gone and watched #startrek.
I agree with the feedback of people. It's fast-paced and amazing. The special effects are like thunderstorms rattling through the screen. The storyline is for a MOVIE. With a plot that turns the old series around. It totally leaves room for a new TV series based on the movie itself.
My sweetie is not really a fan of the series but she really appreciated it. After all the "sucky" star trek films before, this one is a refreshing take.
