Change The World
I have a curse.
I’ve had it since I was a small kid. As far as I can remember, I’ve been afflicted by the thought I can change the world – that somehow I have a mission in life. One of my more morbid thoughts is that I’d die someday saving someone. Have you seen Children of Men? Yeah, maybe someday I’ll be Theo (Clive Owen).
Get my point?
Because of this curse, I occasionally do things no financially practical person would. I’d do stuff that aren’t really personally profitable. I’d sell stuff very cheap or help a friend on a business deal. I could make a lot of money on that, but noooo… I get inner satisfaction by just helping out.
Luckily, I’ve tamed it a bit – this curse. I’m more financially savvy. I’m more practical. I’ve realized that you can help people by helping yourself too.
Of course, I’m still vulnerable to things like Google’s Project 10 to the 100th. They’ve got a cute video to give you an insight on what’s it all about:
In summary:
Project 10100 is a call for ideas to change the world by helping as many people as possible.
Just something someone like me would fall for. I feel like a chocoholic with a choc-nut.

Now get away from me. You don’t want this curse on you too, do you?

True, everything starts with an idea =)
Definitely. Like the idea of a Google Philippines.:)
Just need to get Google Philippines to earn more! :D
