Optimizing And Organizing Wordpress Blogs
This was the presentation I used last Saturday for WordCamp Philippines:
The entire point of the talk was really just to get people to start collecting data on their blog. Conduct card-sorting exercises, A/B test their site and make sure it has analytics tracking. Keep Testing!
