3 (Errr… 5) Ways To Harness Your Talented Team
By the way, you might want to learn FREE Internet Marketing Basics (You know, so you can sell stuff online)
When you have a talented team (in my case, two gorgeous and talented ladies), you become thankful. You are more productive and you are inspired to do more. You eventually want to help them achieve even more.
How does one do that?
Well, go back to that parable of the Sun and the Wind I mentioned before. Motivate them by creating an environment for them to achieve even more - to grow beyond what they are now.
1. Give them books to read (or listen to). - Give them books and audio books that have helped you in your career. They might not read all of it but there is always that small chance that one of those books would be very important to them. Just leave it there and invite them to read it if they want to. Don’t force it. Some of the materials I’ve shared include “One Minute Millionaire,” “Success Secrets”, “Personal Finance for Pinoys” and “The Science of Getting Rich.”
2. Give them an awesome working environment. - Get them dual-monitors (proven to boost productivity) and an high tech computer. Give them the software they really need. Request it from your IT support. If they have a troublesome PC, have it fixed. Replace it if necessary. Get them a ready supply of coke or coffee (whichever they prefer). Show that you care. Small things like these go a long way. Borderline pampering? No. You’re just giving a damn.
3. Trust them with responsibilities. - Eventually, you have to give them authority to do stuff in your name. It’s a great way to boost morale. Show trust. Give them a chance to prove how impressive they can work.
4. Have faith in them. - Just believe in the goodness and natural tendency of people to grow. If they are happy, they will become better people.
5. Listen - Sometimes managers have the tendency to talk and talk. All conversation is one-way (yes I’m also guilty of this). Try to get their feedback whenever you can. You’ll be surprised at some of the sudden insights and bright ideas you just might get.
And when you’ve done all that, perhaps one day, they’ll even give you a cake.

All I can say is…”Thanks.”
UPDATED: Thanks to Dennis. I originally started with 3 on my list. Forgot to update the title when the list became 5!

That reminds me. Gym later!
Bro,
Maybe it was just a typo-error on your part that your title mentioned “3 Ways” when you actually have 5 items on your list. Or just maybe, I failed to look at it differently… lolz
Regards.
Thanks Dennis! I missed that! LOL.
