An indian guy who was a secretary for five years only learned how to take the boss&#039; calls and print his reports daily, and arrange his appointments.  Since I had to go for a vacation, I needed someone to take over my job here.  Most pinoy expats would say &quot;bro, dont tell them everything you know, keep it to yourself so that you can hold on to your job&quot;.  I didnt follow the advise.  This indian guy now knows a lot, and yep he can take over my job anytime.  Am I suddenly insecured?  The world evolves, everything changes, and what is known and applicable now may not be a second after (at least in the financial world), so the trick is to stay ahead of the curve and imbide in everyone the desire to be more than who they currently are.  When people are motivated, you&#039;d be surprised at the lengths they will go to get what they want (our political history is a testament to that).
