I like these two because you can pretty much find out, within five seconds, what the site is all about.
Really now - That’s your basic test.
Your website visitor should be able to figure out what your site is all about within five seconds.
Show your website to a total stranger (especially someone who is not an internet surfer). Ask them what they think about your site. If they answer something totally unexpected, then that’s your hint to change your web design.
