Did You Notice That Google is Getting Personal With Us?

I opened my browser today, typed in Google.com and found a different search page. It included tabs and content pulled from other websites. It showed my recent Gmail messages and my latest searches. Is it me or did Google just become personal?

I played around with the personalized Google home page and changed the theme. The page asked me where I was located. They needed this info to adjust the theme colors based on the time of the day. Pretty cool.

By evening the theme did change colors.

    i heard about this in the news, they are adding more stuff in their homepage instead of the original design, search box with few links. When I go to their site today, I still get the original version, and noticed that there is a toggle link in the upper right corner that says Personalized Home..
