Picture Ads That Grab Attention

As I voted for Christine on Valleywag, the following image from Gawker grabbed my attention. It showed what appeared to be an armored knight carrying a barbie girl. The photo was by Steve Strawn. It aroused my curiosity enough that I clicked on the Ad. I think it’s a nice example of a great picture Ad.
Because of the Ad, I was inspired enough to make a teaser image for Tsikot.com. I believe they have a new campaign up and they now have some secret babe that will work with them.
If you were to make a picture Ad for your website, what would it look like?
