Crescent Moon – A Nice Quiet Valentine Spot
Valentine’s Day is coming. If you are into those sweet Valentine dates, here’s a quiet, private spot I can recommend. It’s called Crescent Moon Cafe. You can have an eat-all-you-can lunch there for P400 (US$8).
It can be found along Ascension Road, Barangay Road, Antipolo City. It’s rather difficult to find and the view going there is not too inspiring. You must call first before going there. Their telephone/fax number is (632) 630-5854. The place is actually owned by a potter/ceramic artist.
What will you see there? A nice botanical garden with Koi ponds. Smack at the center is the Cafe/Restaurant. When there are few people, they serve set meals but when there are a lot of visitors, they offer buffets. The restaurant atmosphere is quite informal. It just feels like you’re going over a friends place.
I warn you, if your sweetheart doesn’t like the outdoors or gardens, don’t take him/her here.
