CECILIO PEDRO

He is the President and CEO of Lamoiyan Corporation (Hapee Toothpaste),
recognized as the Most Outstanding Toothpaste by the Consumer Union of the
Philippines. Likewise, he was one of the Ten Outstanding Young Men (TOYM)
Business Entrepreneurship category in 1991. With perseverance and effective
advertising, he succeeded in making Hapee the No. 3 toothpaste brand in the
country. He has then been able to diversify his product line to personal
care household industry. While enjoying the success of being the first
Filipino to ever penetrate the toothpaste market that has been dominated by
multinational companies, he has chosen to use his entrepreneurial skills to
help provide opportunities to others.

DONALD LIM

He is the President & CEO of Yehey! Corporation, the Philippine’s
no.1search engine and Internet portal. Assuming this post just a
number of
months ago, he used to serve as Vice President for Marketing of the
Philippine Daily Inquirer, the Philippines’ largest broadsheet. He was a
top Management graduate of the Ateneo de Manila University, and he also took
up and finished with distinction his MBA at the offshore program of Murdoch
University. Aside from his full time job now with Yehey!, he oversees five
other businesses of his own, and also does consulting on marketing projects.
Donald is one of the only 21 Certified Professional Marketers in the
country.

YOLY ONG

She is the Chairperson of Campaigns & Grey, one of the top ten advertising
agencies in the Philippines. Concurrently, she is the Group Chairperson of
three affiliate Campaigns companies. Before establishing Campaigns in 1986,
she held key positions in J. Walter Thompson in Hongkong and in Manila. She
received the prestigious TOWNS Award for Communications: Social Marketing in
1995, the AGORA Award for Outstanding Achievement in Marketing Management in
1999, the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Creative Guild in 2002, and
the Lucius Littauer and Mason Fellows Awards by the Kennedy School of
Government in Harvard University when she graduated with a Masters degree in
Public Administration in June, 2002.

JOS ORTEGA

He is the Chairman & CEO of BrandLab, a strategy specialist company that
co-creates unique, experiential Brand Stories with its clients. It is
pioneering in strategic counsel to brand entrepreneurs of leading
corporations like Ayala Land, Ayala Malls, McDonald’s, Sara Lee Direct
Selling, etc. He was the Golden Year President of the Philippine Marketing
Association in 2004, the Secretary-General of the Asia Pacific Marketing
Federation in 2005-2006 and the Overall Chair of this year’s PMA National
Marketing Conference entitled “All That Jazz: World Class Innovations”.

LIZANNE UYCHACO

She is the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Philippine
American Life and General Insurance Company. Before joining PhilAm, she was
the Vice President for Sales and Distribution, Retail Marketing & Trade
Marketing of Globe Telecom. Likewise, she was also connected with
Fontana Resort & Leisure Park as Executive Vice President and concurrently with Fontana
Properties as President.. She took up Bachelor of Arts from St.
Scholastica’s College; Masters in Business Administration from Ateneo
Graduate School of Business; and Masters in Business Economics from
University of Asia and the Pacific.
