Thanks to an officemate, I am now able to download videos/images from my cellphone to my computer. I’ve been mulling this capability for a while now and I’m quite happy that I can now do this. One of the clips I’ve transferred was a restaurant review of Country Waffles, in Annapolis, Greenhills.

I see this place everytime we pass go to ViraMall or Unimart (another popular place here in the Philippines). It happens to be just in front of the office of my sweet’s orthodontist. On one of her ortho appointments, we took the time to actually visit it. I’ve heard quite a number of bad rumors about this restaurant saying that there were management problems and that it would soon close down. Despite that, it still appears to be up and doing business.

I forgot what we actually ordered. It had a bit of cream on it with some fruits. I think it was banana bits and strawberry. I thought it was good enough for an afternoon merienda (snack). Here’s some feedback from my sweet:

"If you want soft and thick waffles, Country waffles is for you… like bread. But if you like a thin waffle, brown, … Pancake House is for you."

She compared it with another restaurant which made great waffles -Pancake House. You actually get a view of the leftover waffles there. We ate it before I got the idea to view it with my cellphone camera. The images are blurry so I don’t know if you would actually see it.
